Smashers will put on protective gear (face shield & gloves) and connect to our speaker (or use our preferred rage soundtrack) and be given a box of breakables to smash (20-25 pieces, sanitized bottles and other glassware). Smashers will choose their tools (baseball bats, golf clubs, hammers) and smash stuff! Smashers must wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and closed toe shoes (no sandals or crocs). Every experience is a private one, meaning you will not share your time with other groups. When you are finished with your experience, we will give you a jar with some of the remains of your smash experience as a memento.

Absolutely Fantastic (Best Therapy Session)

I honestly was so incredibly impressed on how things went- - I was kind of nervous, especially having someone with me (yet 100% trusted person in my life) yet it was FREEING, INCREDIBLE and LIBERATING - after experiencing a traumatic ending of a relationship and losing a loved one this year, it was the perfect thing to do and will definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone. The owner (or the lady) who checked us in, was remarkable and personable and really just someone I vibed with. Thank you!!!!!!!

The smash room is awesome. Had lot's of things to destroy and will definitely be doing it again soon.
